Smile Utilities commands
Everything our Discord bot can do, and who can use each command.
Smile Utilities is our Discord bot. It runs our tickets, and it’s also the bot behind the Smile Hosting Discord integration. Type / in Discord to see its commands.
For everyone

What you can use
/help only lists what you can actually run, and tells you your access level at the top. If one of your roles has a command turned off, it’s off for you, even if another of your roles allows it.
In your own Discord server (Power plan)
With the Smile Hosting Discord integration set up and Remote start/stop turned on:
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/server status |
Shows whether your hosted server is running |
/server start |
Starts it |
/server stop |
Stops it |
/server restart |
Restarts it |
In a ticket
To close your ticket, use the Close button inside it - you’ll be asked for an optional reason. See Open a support ticket.
For staff
Staff also have ticket commands (/close, /claim, /unclaim, /transfer, /add, /remove, /reopen, /autoclose, /openfor, /blacklist, /pause, /viewstaff) and moderation commands (/ban, /unban, /kick, /timeout, /warn, /purge). These only work for the team.
