The Smile Corp Discord is where we post news and status updates, and where you can open a support ticket.
When you join
- Read #rules first - it’s pointed out in the welcome message you’ll get.
- Have a look around:

A few rules to know
The full rules are in #rules - these are the ones people most often miss:
- Don’t advertise to our staff. Sending staff adverts, server invites or promotions - in DMs, tickets or anywhere else - gets you a warning.
- No advertising without permission. Promoting other servers, websites or businesses needs staff permission first - DMs to members included.
- Support goes in tickets. Please don’t DM or ping staff for help - a ticket reaches the right person and keeps everything tracked.
Is something down?
Check #status first. It lists each of our websites as Operational, Degraded or Offline, with how quickly it’s responding, and updates itself every few minutes.
The Buyer role
If you pay for a Smile Hosting plan by card and your Discord account is linked to your Smile account, you get the Buyer role in our Discord automatically. It’s added within a minute or two, including if you link Discord after buying. If your plan ends, the role is taken away.
