Your Smile account
Create an account, sign in with Discord or a username, and keep it secure.
One Smile account signs you in to Smile Hosting and SmileMail. Smile VPS has its own sign-in, which is set up when you claim a server - see Buy and claim a VPS and Your Smile VPS account and security.
Create an account
- Go to smilehosting.tech and click Login.
- Click Create one under the sign-in form.
- Enter your full name, email address and a password, then confirm the password.
- Click the button to create your account. You’ll land on your dashboard.
Prefer not to make a password? Click Continue with Discord instead and sign in with your Discord account.
Profile picture
- Open your dashboard and go to Account.
- Under Profile picture, click Upload picture and choose an image: PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 2 MB. Square pictures look best.
It shows on your dashboard, and next to your name on any templates you publish. Click Remove to go back to your initial.
Sign in with a username
Your email address always works for signing in. You can also add a username:
- Open your dashboard and go to Account.
- Under Username, type the name you want and click Save username.
Leave the box empty and save to remove the username again.
Link or unlink Discord
Under Account, the Discord box lets you Connect Discord so you can sign in with it, or Disconnect it again.
ImportantLinking Discord also matters for the Discord integration: only the account owner’s linked Discord account can run commands in a server’s console channel.
Set or change your password
Under Account > Password, enter your current password and the new one twice, then click Change password.
If you signed up with Discord you won’t have a password yet. Setting one is optional, but it means you can still get in if you ever lose access to your Discord account.
Forgotten your password?
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you still can’t get back in, open a ticket from Discord and we’ll help you recover the account.
