Continue with Smile Business
Sign in to Smile Hosting, Smile Connect, SmileMail and Smile VPS with your organisation's account.
Every Smile site’s sign-in page has a Continue with Smile Business button:

Click it, sign in to Smile Business if you aren’t already, and you’re taken back signed in.
You need a licence
You can only sign in to a product your organisation has given you a licence for (a bundle covers all four). Without one, Smile Business tells you so and doesn’t sign you in - ask your organisation’s admin.
Your organisation’s policies can also limit sign-in - for example only on weekdays, only from the office’s internet, or only with an authenticator app.
Your plan comes from your licence
The account you sign in to gets the plan your licence is for, and keeps it in step: if the licence changes or is taken back, the plan follows within half an hour. A plan you pay for yourself is never touched.
The first time, Smile finds your account by email - or makes you a new one if you don’t have one. To use an account with a different email, link it from your Smile Business account page - see Linked accounts.
