Customise your look

Your logo, pictures, colours, font, layout and words on the sign-in page - and your people’s pages and emails (Premium and Premium+).

On Premium and Premium+, you can give Smile Business your organisation’s own look. Your people see it on the sign-in page as soon as they type an email from your organisation - and, if you like, on their own pages and in their emails.

Open Settings on the dashboard and find Your look. The preview beside it shows exactly what your people will see as you change things; click Save changes when you’re happy. Pictures save as soon as you pick them.

Pictures


Logo	Shown at the top of the sign-in card. A PNG with a see-through background looks best.
Background picture	Fills the page behind the card - a wide photo, at least 1600 pixels across.
Icon	A square picture for the browser tab - and your people’s pages if you turn that on.

Colours

Buttons - any colour. Smile gold puts it back.
Background - a colour, or two colours for a gradient, behind the card when you don’t use a picture.
Darken the picture - from 0 to 90%. More makes the card easier to read on a busy photo.

Layout

Where the card sits - centre, left or right (phones always show it in the middle).
Card - dark or light.
Buttons - rounded, pill or square.
Font - Smile’s own, or one of eight others like Poppins, Montserrat, Lora or Playfair Display.

Words

Heading - instead of “Enter password”, for example “Welcome back to Northwind”.
A line under your name - for example who to call for help.
Help link - a link of your own at the bottom of the card, like “IT help desk”.

Use your look

On your people’s pages - your icon (or logo), name and button colour on My account and the dashboard.
In emails - invitations and password emails show your logo and button colour.

नोट

On Standard, your people see the normal Smile Business sign-in page. If you move from Premium to Standard, your look is kept and comes back if you upgrade again.
