Get verified on Smile Business
Ask Smile to check your organisation and get a blue tick next to its name.
A verified organisation has a blue tick next to its name when its people sign in, so they (and anyone you work with) know it’s really you. Smile checks each one by hand.
- On the dashboard, open Get verified.
- Fill in your legal business name, website, country, registration number (if you have one), what the business does, and who we should email with the result.
- Tick that the information is true and you’re allowed to ask, then click Send to Smile.
The page shows your request as Pending while we look. If we need more information, we email you and the page shows what we asked - reply to our email to answer. Once we decide, we email you and the page shows Accepted (with the tick) or Declined with the reason. You can apply again after a decline.
