Set up Smile Business

Create your organisation

1. Go to business.smilecorp.co.uk and click Get Smile Business.
2. Enter your organisation’s name, your name, your work email and a password. You become the organisation’s owner.
3. Choose Standard, Premium or Premium+, and Monthly or Yearly (yearly gets 2 months free).
4. Tick that you agree to Smile’s terms, then Continue to payment and pay by card.

As soon as the payment goes through, your organisation is ready and you’re taken to its dashboard.

Remarque

Addresses on Smile’s own domains (like @smilehosting.tech or @smilecraft.fun) can’t be used for other organisations. Your own domain, a subdomain, or a SmileMail address like @smilemail.us.ci are fine.

If Smile gave you Smile Business

If you were sent a gift link, open it. The plan and how long it lasts are already chosen - enter your details and click Create my organisation. There’s nothing to pay.

If you can’t afford a plan

Charities, community groups, small non-profits and people just starting out can apply for 6 months free of our best plan at business.smilecorp.co.uk/apply.

Tell us what your organisation does, how many people it has, and why you need Smile Business but can’t pay for it right now. Smile’s team reads every application and emails you either way. These places are for organisations that need help - if you could pay, please choose a plan instead.

Plan and billing

The owner manages billing on the dashboard’s Plan & billing page: Manage billing, card and invoices opens Stripe, where you can change your card, see invoices or cancel. To change plan, email [email protected].

You get a receipt by email for every payment.
