What Smile Business is
One account for your whole organisation - sign-in, licences, groups and rules for every Smile product.
Smile Business gives everyone in your organisation one sign-in for Smile’s products, and gives you one place to run it all. It lives at business.smilecorp.co.uk.
With Smile Business you can:
- Sign in everywhere - your people use Continue with Smile Business on Smile Hosting, Smile Connect, SmileMail and Smile VPS. See Continue with Smile Business.
- Add your team and sort them into groups. See Add people and groups.
- Buy licences in bulk - Smile Hosting, Smile Connect, SmileMail, Smile VPS and bundles - and give them to people or whole groups. See Licences and the shop.
- Set rules - like “everyone needs an authenticator app” - from 61 policies and 200 ready-made presets. See Policies and presets.
- Put your own look on the sign-in page (Premium and Premium+). See Customise your look.
- Share a Smile VPS with a group. See Share a VPS with your groups.
- Keep files together in a shared drive, with folders only some groups can see, and edit text and code files in your browser. See Files.
- Write documents and make forms (Premium and Premium+). See Docs and Forms.

Pay yearly and you get 2 months free. The plan covers your organisation’s account - licences for Smile’s products are bought on top, for the people who need them.

Who does what

| Owner | Everything, including billing, the organisation’s name, adding admins and handing ownership to someone else |
| Admin | Add and manage people and groups, give out licences, use the shop, set policies, get verified |
| Member | Use their own account and the products they’re given |
Members go straight to My account when they sign in; owners and admins land on the dashboard.
