Open My account at business.smilecorp.co.uk/account. Everyone has one - members land here when they sign in.

The Smile products your organisation has given you, with a button to open each one.

Linked accounts

Link your own accounts on Smile’s sites to your Smile Business account. A linked account gets the plans your licences give - that account, and nobody else’s.

To link one, click Link. You’re taken to that site - sign in there if you need to - and straight back, linked. Change links a different account; Unlink stops it getting plans from your licences straight away.

Hinweis

Your organisation can stop people linking accounts, or changing the ones that are linked. If so, the page tells you.

Profile, password and authenticator app

• Picture and name - change them here, unless your organisation sets them.
• Password - type your current one and a new one. Your organisation may need it to be longer or include certain characters.
• Authenticator app - click Set up and add the key to an app like Smile Auth, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. You’ll then need a 6-digit code each time you sign in.

If your organisation needs you to set up an authenticator app or choose a new password, My account says so at the top and you can’t do anything else until it’s done.

Where you’re signed in

Every device signed in to your account, with Sign out next to each one and Sign out everywhere else.

Forgotten your password?

On the sign-in page, enter your email, then click Forgot your password? (or Can’t get in?). If you’ve lost your authenticator app, ask your organisation’s admin to remove it.
