What Smile Connect is
See and control your own PCs and phones from anywhere - every session approved at the device.
Smile Connect lets you see and control your own computers and phones from a laptop, a tablet or your phone. Nothing is shared until someone at that device says yes, and every session is end-to-end encrypted.

The website is connect.smilecorp.co.uk. Sign in with your Smile account. It works on phones too, with touch control.
How a session works
- Choose one of your devices on the website or in the app, and click Connect.
- The device asks whoever is at it to accept. You can set trusted devices to be accepted automatically - see Trusted devices and groups.
- You see its screen.
- To use its mouse and keyboard, click Request control. That’s asked for separately, so seeing a screen never means controlling it.
Either side can end the session at any time.

Smile Connect is free to use, with a few limits. Paid plans give a sharper picture, smoother motion, less delay and no time limit - see Smile Connect plans.
