Move a server from another account

If you have a server on an old account - a different email, or an account you made before signing in with Discord - you can move it to the account you’re signed in to now.

Move it

1. Sign in to the account you want the server on.
2. Go to Account and find Account Transfer.
3. Enter the old account’s email or username and its password, then click Find servers. This proves the old server is yours.
4. Pick the server under Server to transfer.
5. Click Transfer to my account.

The server - its files, settings and everything else - moves across straight away, and it’s removed from the old account at the same moment.

Open a ticket from our Discord with both account emails. We’ll check the accounts are yours and move it for you.
