What SmileMail is
Free @smilemail.us.ci email by default, with managed subdomains and verified custom domains for organisations.
By default, personal addresses and regular organisation mailboxes use @smilemail.us.ci. They can send and receive as soon as they’re created. Sign in to SmileMail with the same Smile account you use for Smile Hosting.
There are two ways to use it.
Just for you
Open Webmail, pick a name, and you have an address like [email protected]. It’s free. You also get up to six aliases - extra addresses that land in the same inbox. See Read and send email.
For an organisation
For a club, a team or a small business:
- Users and groups - invite people and organise them into groups.
- Mailboxes and aliases - give each member a mailbox such as
[email protected], plus extra addresses that deliver into it. - Distribution groups - one address, like
[email protected], that reaches several people. - Licences - give individual people more storage with per-seat licences.
- Reports and activity - storage use, licence use, and a full log of what’s happened in your organisation.
Every organisation starts on the Free plan, which includes 7 users, 10 groups and 1 GB of storage. Paid organisation plans - Starter, Growth and Power - raise those limits. See the SmileMail plans page for current prices.
HinweisOrganisations can use the default
@smilemail.us.cidomain, add a managed subdomain, or connect a custom domain they own. Custom domains must be verified before use; the Domains page shows the available options and required DNS records. Smile Corp staff mail remains on@smilehosting.tech.
